Visitors Trips are a great way to see Forget Me Not projects in action.

When you visit a Forget Me Not project, you see the reality of life in a developing country. We stay at simple family run hostels and aim to give you an experience that you will not forget.

Visitors Trips are not volunteer trips! Forget Me Not does not take volunteer placements. We believe in utilising local staff to work on local projects through partnership with local NGOs.

On a Forget Me Not Visitors Trip, you will visit the projects that we operate; you will learn about the issues that we are focusing on; and you will meet the staff of our projects.

I’m keen! How can I make this happen?

When we travel to our projects, we need to be sure that we take people that are engaged with the issues that we are working to overcome.

STEP ONE: Write us a letter outlining why you would like to join us on an unforgettable adventure and visit a Forget Me Not project.

STEP TWO: Sign on to meet a fundraising goal of at least $1000 before departure. With a Letter of Authority to Fundraise from us you can organise a fundraiser and collect donations. You can also become a regular donor yourself by joining the Rescue Crew, signing up to the Remarkable Teachers Fund or volunteering with us in Australia!

STEP THREE: Commit to fill in and return all required documentation, and participate in pre-Trip briefings and Team building opportunities. These may be face to face, via Skype or a telephone call.

In order to protect the children in our care, it is Forget Me Not Policy that only people/groups accompanied by a Forget Me Not representative can visit our projects. We have strict criteria to visit our projects which those participating in the Visitors Program must abide by. Outside of our visitors trips, we are unable to release the address of our projects. We hope you can understand that we maintain this position strictly in order to protect our precious children.

All visitor trip participants are subject to our Child Protection Policy, Confidentiality and Use of Photographs Policy and Visitors Program Policy. These can be obtained by emailing
